Who we are

Our medical directorship program was founded with a single purpose: to provide aesthetic providers with trusted medical oversight, clinical expertise, and the operational support needed to build safe, compliant, and successful practices.

At the center of our program is Aaron Willhite-Ruiz, FNP-C, whose experience bridges both acute medical care and advanced aesthetic medicine. Aaron began his healthcare career as nurse working in the Emergency Department and Neurology, where he developed a strong clinical foundation managing complex medical situations, patient safety, and rapid decision-making in high-acuity environments.

He later transitioned into aesthetic medicine, where he has spent over five years practicing as a full-time aesthetic injector, performing advanced injectable treatments and working closely with leading aesthetic technologies. Through this experience, he has developed deep expertise in facial anatomy, aesthetic assessment, treatment planning, and complication management.

Aaron went on to earn his Family Nurse Practitioner degree, graduating with distinction, further expanding his medical training and clinical scope. His education and experience allow him to bring a unique perspective to medical aesthetics—combining the precision of advanced medical training with the artistry required in aesthetic treatments.

Through this program, Aaron provides medical oversight, clinical protocols, and physician-aligned supervision for aesthetic providers seeking to expand their services safely and compliantly. His goal is not only to ensure regulatory compliance, but also to support providers in delivering high-quality treatments while building sustainable, successful aesthetic businesses.
